Miss Crofton is a brand I’ve had my eye on for a while. After seeing this set at Urban Outfitters, I bought it immediately. The pastel florals appealed to me like no other set has, and I waited patiently for the set to arrive. When it did, I was amazed at how delicate it was. I was almost afraid to touch it, because it was so much like tissue paper.
On me, you can’t really tell how beautiful this set is. It looks much nicer laying flat than on, which was a major drawback.
Unsurprisingly, the bra offers very limited support, and I found myself unable to wear it for long periods of time as a result. Throughout the day, I was constantly pulling the band down, or fiddling with the straps.
Despite that, it’s very comfortable to wear, but after some time, the band starts to creep up my back until it’s practically taking itself off. Only on the last hook does it work for a little bit, but even then, it rides up.
The straps are quite thin, which adds to the prettiness of the garment. However, in terms of practicality, I couldn’t see my keeping it, considering the price.
The underwear were on the small side, but were just as delicate and beautiful as the bra.
I think I’ll have better luck with Miss Crofton’s custom sets, so therein lies my next lingerie venture.
Until next time!
